It needs to be the US version does it Richard? I have the UK Capitol 22456 but I expect everyone else has that one. :D

the number is different, CL 15643. You are
welcome to it if it is any use.

Yes it has to be the first US release.

However I think i've sourced a copy in the USA.

This may all be in vain and I find that it's just the same as every other release, but the only way to find out....
