I agree that the original album covers are fabulous and need to be used for the twofers. My wish is that the liner notes be reprinted in a font size greater than 1 point! They are very hard to read without a magnifying glass.

That is so true and one of the downfalls of this series. The sleeves are actually just direct photocopies downsized from original LP covers which gives a poor reproduction qulaity. I have also been disappointed with the quality of some of the artwork, used and damaged sleeves have been used in the past and this can be simply 'repaired' in PhotoShop.

I've had some time to enjoy "Here's To My Lady - This Is the Life" two-fer now, and it really is a cracking CD.

I love 'Honey on the Vine' - can I suggest this song be considered in Paul's request for Matt's perfect pop song (in another forum category)?
Matt Monro's voice on the song is just so effortless, so perfect.

In a funny sort of way i can imagine Elvis singing this tune on one of his movies, if anyone has a copy of the song, try closing your eyes and imagine Elvis singing it!

Anyway, the cd brings together two great albums...in glorious original mono with the original album art! :)
