Matt sang with Woody Herman's band circa 1966. That particular band was a wonderful and swinging outfit (I highly recommend "Woody Herman 1963" on CD if you're not familiar with it, or the Verve compilation "Jazz Masters").

Are there any recordings at all of Matt with Woody? Was it only in Vegas, or was there a US tour?
