Well, it makes a change for our post service to get top prize Marian. Some items I have ordered recently have taken forever to arrive, saying that items I order direct from Amazon are usually pretty fast.

No, I haven't listened yet Marian, but I have unsealed it and read the sleeve notes. Very nicely presented as well.

Although I ordered mine on 14th January, it is not due to arrive until the 11th Feb.

Mine has not yet arrived from HMV....................but I did receive the Singles Collection last year, before the release date...........from HMV

Yes, I received an email from HMV saying that the CD is on it's way ............but it also says they try to get the items to the customs by the release date

Looks like we all received the same email from HMV! Mine will probably arrive sometime next week.

HMV are based in Guernsey so they all have to come through customs.

Mine arrived yesterday-like Marian, very impressed with packaging---lovely photo on front--nice to have copy of original LP cover inside--plus the evocative back cover of that old 45"---and all at a bargain price.

We listened to the Hoagy Carmichael sessions this morning....Matt Monro, Johnnie Spence, Hoagy Carmichael, what more is there to say, the dream team....... = perfection!
Not forgetting Richard as the one who brought it all together and made the whole thing perfect.

My CD came in a grey thin plastic wrapper..................but I prefer the cardboard boxes, which offer better protection
