I would like to think that whatever anyone bought on the weekend would mean a lot to them, I obviously think I bought the best item, it means a lot to me.

If any of you are interested I have a new link on You Tube with 'If I never sing another song' . It would be good to get some feed back if you have the time from the people that really appreciate Matt Monro.

Here's the link http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1wrvCZ2EiW8

What a great story to tell your audience, that the bow tie actually belonged to Matt :) .......................I had previously bought a Matt Paisley Silk tie in the auctions we had nearly two years ago :)

Much as I would have liked to buy a tie or two, I have well in excess of 100 and finding space for any more in my wardrobe would have proved a big problem! I have 4 tie-hanger things filled to overflowing (one was a Christmas present from my daughters bought at their primary school fair some years back now). However I managed to find an affordable (for me) item of Matt's to treasure in the years ahead

Good to hear you found something to treasure Chris.
I agree about ties, they seem to have a habit of multiplying as I can verify from my husband's collection! :D
