Hopefully next time Karl- it would be good to see more of you there. I know that those of us who were lucky enough to get tickets are really feeling very fortunate.

I am looking forward to the company that will be with the chips !!!

I will be looking forward to the company and the chips. Make my order super-size!

We will be thinking of all the forum members who are unable to attend Fans Reunited and the book launch.

I just realised that it is now time to only listen to Matt Monro, Buddy Greco, and Robbie Williams -- to get even more excited about the events.

And don't forget Vince Hill & Tony Christie but Robbie Williams won't be there it's his dad Pete Conway, unless you know something I don't?

I don't know Vince Hill or his music. I will find my CD single of Amarillo and play that. No, Robbie won't be there. Good thing as I don't know how I'd ever get the courage to speak to him; his music has been so important to me the past ten years or so.

Hi Paul-Vince Hill is one of my top favourites. I still cannot believe that I will be meeting him.

Paul, Vince Hill is a fantastic singer or he was - I would rate him as a British Jack Jones and like JJ his earlier materaial was rather naff but as he progressed he recorded top material.

I wish I could say I was in compliance
with the title of this thread; however I shall
be on holiday from tomorrow 31 August
and therefore an absentee from the forum
for a while. I further wish everyone a fabulous
time at the Reunion and I leave you, till
mid-September, with a new Matt Monro-inspired
poem posted on Thought of the Day.

Only a week to go now it is really getting exciting looking forward to meeting
you all.Sorry about those who can't make it now in the celebs, but it is going
to be a wonderful day I know.
Any news on a date for The One Show yet since it got changed too the 14th
and Michele thought it might get changed again.
