Yes this does exist in better quality, and yes we would like to see it released one day - The right project has to come up. We have wanted to put out another DVD of Matt's performances that we have found around the world, but currently the rights are too expensive to make the project viable. For instance I think Sofa Entertainment who own the the Ed Sullivan performances wanted something like $10,000 just for three clips totaling 6 or 7 minutes! But things do change so never say never!

And yes, those Sullivan appearances are more to hope for. Thanks for trying!
I probably saw some of those Sullivan appearances in real time, though too young to remember them, it would be so wonderful to see/hear Matt on Sullivan again.
I know that some Sullivan shows are available for free viewing on Hulu.com. But alas, no Matt of course.

'kay Eman. It's definitely an American phenomenon though. Doesn't happen in the European Union, which maybe should be known as "The Land of the Free".

I just received this cd. I was pleasantly surprised to see 'I Apologize' and 'Everything I Have is Yours' on here. Mr. Matt Monro mentioned Bing Crosby's hit recording of 'I Apologize'. I had no idea he had recorded it. As Mr. Monro said it was in the 1930's. The recordings of these two songs I remember were done by Mr. Billy Eckstine about 1948. He had huge hits with both songs. This is another fantastic cd! Thank you so much for all the work and time spent putting this together!

Tomorrow (Wednesday the 22nd) is supposed to be my delivery day.
I'm surprised there aren't more reviews of this new release posted yet.
I probably will save it for the weekend before listening to it.

Matt's new CD is supposed to arrive tomorrow from WOW-HD, But I did receive the new reissued Judith Durham CD yesterday which is really terrific!
JohnH & Robert, Check out her new CD....The original LP of "The Hottest Band in Town" was selling for over $90.00....But this is worth it!

Lindy, I would guess everyone is like me--there are a whole lot of tracks there to listen to, and I think it deserves a few listens before giving a review. I have an idea of what I want to say, but I really want to give it another listen before I do.

How will you be able to wait from Wednesday till the weekend to listen ?
