My memories of Matt are so many and every one so wonderful.
The first time I saw Matt was at La Reserve in Sutton Coldfield before he became a household name, he had great charisma and what a voice.
There were so many many more venues but one of my favourites was The Talk of Town in London, he always made time to see us after the shows.
I saw him in his last performance at the Grand Theatre in Wolverhampton his singing was so superb we all knew he was ill but he sang like only Matt could in my opinion the voice of the century.
