Quite a few famous birthdays today: David Bowie (66), Elvis Presley (78), William Hartell, the first Doctor Who (105). The last two are of course dead but their influence lingers on.

Happy Birthday Shirley, not the best in my estimation but still great. I last saw Shirley onstage around 1985 at a Royal show and that's the best I've ever seen her - she was fantastic.
