Some years ago on a tour we had one night in Toronto, we didn't arrive until early evening so after dinner retired to our hotel room. On tv there was an interview with Walter Matthau and his son and it was so good.

I am so proud that I met the man, he often played a cantankerous old man in his films but in reality he was great and perfectly groomed. He gave several autographs and nobody thanked him except me, he looked me straight in the eye and said "Well Thank YOU" and shook my hand.

what a lovely memory Karl. He was great in the film Dennis ...he just has to give a look and i laugh ... i love hearing bout how celebs conduct themselves ....wasnt impressed with Kevin Spacey ...after seeing a different celeb in a play ...Ralph Fiennes whom is usually lovely but wheres heart on his sleeve so if he feeling quiet he stays quiet but when he engages he is the sweetest...Kevin spacey walked passed us with a massive pot plant ....inconspicuous .....not...attached to his head as if to disguise and not draw attention to himself....i was so disappointed ...wasn't there to see him anyway but ...strange anyway so glad you have that memory Glad im not famous ...my fave is dustin hoifffman....,.lovley lovley reports of him and i caught a glimpse of him last year in leicester square and it made my birthday.

My dvd and cd arrived from Amazon--no chance to watch the dvd--tried listening to the cd. but so far, have not got past the 2nd track , without dropping off !

By the way, if anyone buys this , you do not need to buy both, as the cd is included in with the dvd---so I am in the process of returning the cd.
