I used to love The Golden Girls, Mark. Bea was brilliant. Graham Norton announced she had died at the Bafta's last night.

The Golden Girls was one of the funniest programmes ever. It is still on every week, on one of the satellite programmes-not sure which one, but I know my sister is watching them --and there were such a lot of them !!!

Conicidentally, just recently Estelle Getty died--she played Sophia Petrillo---mother to Dorothy --played by Bea Arthur.

So sorry to hear that Bea Arthur had passed away We loved the series "The Golden Girls," and all Four actresses played such a great individual part.

Lena and Harry: I believe that Bea Wain is still going strong at a young age of 91. As I have mentioned, she is one of my favourite singers.

I was just teasing you, Lena. Actually I get so excited every time I see Bea Wain's voice as I love her so much. So I was happy you mentioned her. :?: Do you have any of her records? Do you play her and Larry Clinton on your radio station?

Hi Paul, yes we have Bea Wain singing with Larry Clinton, 24 songs, some of the songs from an LP that we have, and some that we have on compilations, the rest downloaded. :)
Gray all this good music is played on www,gmmy.com on the web-site radio. :) :)
