I'm not sure if I was half asleep this morning, but I thought I heard someone on the radio say that Susan had agreed to appear in the nextyseries of "I'm a Celebrity".

Did anyone else hear this--or was I still dreaming ???

Mariana I am sorry I was unable to get back to you before now, about Susan Boyle it must have been STV it was on, I was hoping it would be ITV. You know she has had something like 120 Million replies since she was on Britains got Talent. They will likely bring out a DVD about it, if so I will let you know.

HI Clint--yes I missed it.
As it was only 10 to 8 when I saw your message, I went down to my tv, and scrolled down all the satellite channels for 8.00 but could not see anything.

Maybe they will repeat it.

Did you see it ??

Yes Mariana I saw her, she was great, they found out that she was in another talent show she was in about 10 years ago. I think she will be singing to the Queen, but not on Britain's Got Talent. She has all the Talent that Britain needs. I think that a few of the agents will get a hold of her, and I am sure America will want her too.

Simon Cowell will not let Susan get too far away from his clutches, as I'm sure he can see pound and dollar signs before his eyes

As usual he is clowning around, while she is singing. I bet he is regretting that now!!!!

I'll bet that's not the only thing Michael regrets!!!!

I didn't see it Clint, but this is the press association report..

Boyle's dream continues on Oprah

The world domination of Scottish singing hopeful Susan Boyle has continued with her first appearance on Oprah.

The Britain's Got Talent star told chat show queen Oprah Winfrey that the global fanbase achieved through her audition on the show was "like a dream come true".

Her appearance on the daytime programme, via videolink, accompanied that of Simon Cowell who spoke of his shock over Ms Boyle's voice.

The Britain's Got Talent judge said he didn't have high hopes for Boyle before she opened her mouth.

He told Oprah: "This lady came up, and I'm thinking; 'This will take five seconds and I can go have a cup of tea."

That changed when she began to sing I Dreamed A Dream from Les Miserables.

"She knew we were going to have that reaction and just to see that look of satisfaction on her face midway through - it was one of my favourite moments," Cowell said.

Speaking from her home in Scotland, Ms Boyle said that despite the attention, she hasn't bowed to pressure to radically change her appearance.

She said that her friend helps her with make-up. "I mean, that's hardly a makeover," the singing hopeful added.

Ms Boyle also spoke of the reason she first began to explore her vocal talents: "I was kind of slow at school, so getting something like singing was a good way of hiding behind that and so boosting my confidence."
