We saw Jeff at Littlecote House Hotel last year and he was great. He is a joy to listen to and also to watch as he has a great sense of humour. He spoke warmly about Matt when he was doing his tribute to him during the show.

We spoke to Jeff after the show and he was telling us how much he admired Matt both as a performer and as a friend. Needless to say we agreed with everything he said about our beloved Matt.

We bought his latest CD at that time which was I Think Of You.....The Essential Jeff Hooper and there is a Matt medley comprising of Portrait of My Love, Walk Away, On Days Like These and From Russia With Love. A lovely tribute from Jeff.

Hello Maureen and Harry- glad you enjoyed Jeff Hooper- we love him too,
seems like the best place to catch him is at a Warners Hotel or a cruise though!

Henry: The Syd Lawrence Conventions still continue but they are now held at Potters Leisure resort at Hopton On Sea in Norfolk.
We are due there this month so will try and find out for you what happened
to Sarah and co.
Eleanor Keenan still sings oddly with the SLO but the main female singer is Angie Mills (now the wife of Chris Dean)
