Just heard from Penny Probert-one of the organisers of THE INTERNATIONAL ANDY WILLIAMS APPRECIATION SOCIETY who met Mark Porter back stage after

a recent Albert Hall Tony Bennett concert-she and friends saw THE KINGS OF SWING show in their area and said it was a marvellous evening's entertainment.

Hi guys,
i just thought i would say hello, hope you are all well. I have been looking through the posts catching up on the news, i feel a bit rough today , had a bump in the car (not my fault) and think i dislocated my thumb!!! ouch, so im typing very slowly

all being well , Kings of Swing at Bodelwyddan castle north wales tommorrow night.

Good to see you have updated your tour dates on your website Mark.
Hope you'll add them here too.
Looks like The Beck Theatre on November 23rd will be the most likely for
us.

I was hoping you might come to Littlecote House.

thanks for checking out the site Marian, il let you know if im doing littlecote, just got warner isle of wight in with Len Phillips big band on 13th july, he said there may be more so littlecote is possible.

Lena and Harry mentioned on the 'desert island' thread that the Kings of Swing had performed Artificial Flowers last year.
I love that song too, and hope they are still including it is their show that we are looking forward to seeing very soon.

As Mark's 'unnofficial forum agent' ha ha! you might be interested to know he now has a six piece swing band that he will be appearing with next Summer at Warner's Holm Lacy in Hereford, and that he also has a new website.. www.markportermusic.co.uk
