Who are Butterscotch?

I was going through my old 45's and came across one by a group called Butterscotch. The song was called "Don't You Know (She Said Hello)". I listened to it but it was kinda scratchy. I remember my Grandfather gave me the single on one of his trips to the US and used to sing it. So did this group have any other hits or at least an album?

Robert , thanks! That 45 with the "spider spindle" insert is the exact one my Grandfather gave me. I can't believe he sang this though, cuz he wasn't into "rock and roll". LOL I'm gonna see if they have an album or something..if you find out lemme know!!

Eman--on Amazon [uk] is a cd by Butterscotch, called "Don't you know it's Butterscotch" or similar--it seems to be a new release--2011---but the cover looks dated--quite a few tracks on it--and I think I recognised the one you mentioned.

I guess it could be worth checking Ebay too.

Thanks Mariana, I'll check them out. Certain records to me have a soft spot and this one does cuz my Grandfather sang it around the house while he was visiting when I was a kid.

Thanks Robert! You've done it again!! I've already sent an S.O.S. to my Uncles and Grandfather in Fullham. They laughed and said they'd see what they could do. Heck I received the One Direction cd's for my nieces and when I gave it to them I almost got knocked over. My Mum and Dad just laughed and looked at me and said three words....BAY CITY ROLLERS... I guess I was that manic over them that when my Uncles and Grandfather would come to visit and distribute presents and stuff I did the same thing. ha ha!!
