Did anyone catch the little gem that was on BBC4 Saturday night called 'THE JOY OF THE SINGLE?
If it had been on before we hadn't seen it.Great memories of our youth!
Also repeats but well worth another look was 'THE SWING THING' and 'SINGS THE GREAT AMERICAN SONGBOOK' on Friday night.
We musn't ever lose BBC4

I agree Gray and they are going Dusty mad on Friday night with several programmes about her including a brand new one. This must be in celebration of her 50th Anniversary and it's also Cilla's this year.

Hi Gray, nice to see you back. Dusty programs for her 50th? Yes Karl told me about those. I wish they would air them here, but I guess BBC America is limited on what they show. We just had the Second Doctor special in honour of Doctor Who's 50th.

Actually Christine I was told by a friend as I hadn't looked as far as Friday in Radio Times, nice to see two colour pics and articles on her too. There probably won't be anything I haven't already seen but hey it's Dusty so that's good enough for me!

We saw it in the Radio Times too Karl, but thought you would probably know about it.
BBC 4 is by far the best channel to watch these days.

For music I agree with you but I like Channel 5 too.
