There is a Fontana single from the 60's of Kiki Dee for sale on Ebay, starting bid was £9.99 and it's now up to £206.99. I wish I had a copy to sell!!!!!
I am watching it to see how it goes.

I know Marian, I told Jackie a few months ago someone was asking £49 for one of her singles - even she thought they were mad!
Whoever is selling it is one lucky devil!

I had a really rare "Beatles " single, that I listed 3 times--last time at 99p only--but no interest whatsoever.
I have now given it to my friend, who has an 18 year old grandson, who is an avid collector of Beatles records. His dad has just bought him a brand new record player !

Tell us more Marian, what was rare about your Beatles single? I sold several Beatles albums, 45's & cd's awhile back. The vinyl sold for a good amount especially the LP's.

Believe it or not, I have forgotten the exact title, but it was something like --"The Beatles at the Movies"--and it was about 6/7 songs from their films, made up as a medley.
I also sold a Sarah Brightman single, that I knew was rare--put it on at 99p , to get some interest in it, and only got 1 bid, from a very delighted buyer, who had been looking for that disc for over 25 years !! Unfortunately he was the only one interested, so he got a bargain ! It was called "Him ", if anyone is interested.
But I have had a few good results too.
