Sad to hear that Mike Winters of the comedy duo Mike and Bernie has passed away at the age of 82.
Those of us who were at the last Matt Monro fan club will remember Mike was a guest that evening, a lovely man.
R.I.P. Mike Winters.

I saw Mike and Bernie Winters once, I think they were supporting Tommy Steele in Cardiff. We wrote messages on their car in lipstick!

Sad news ............RIP Mike Winters

So sorry to hear the news about Mike Winters we were at the last fan club meeting we didn't manage to see him, I kept looking out for him but didn't see him I am sorry to say but saw the photos later of him that people had took.

I saw Mike and Bernie in Great Yarmouth when they were on with Matt at the Wellington Pier in 1965 myself and my friends went back stage to see Matt and Bernie
came in asking for a plaster, and Sue Maull who later became Sue Parker found him one
thay were lovely people just like our Matt, such a loss about Mike another one gone.

In my younger days Karl. It was only "I love you" or something along those lines!

Peter was chatting to Mike's wife at the fan club meeting, Mike had been held up on the way there, so he was late arriving. When he eventually arrived Peter jokingly told him he was in trouble with his better half!
