ROBBIE WILLIAMS CONCERT

Did anyone watch Robbie last night?

I thought he was rather good but I do wish he would stop the silly antics on his opening, the production was amazing but if he wants to be taken seriously as a saloon singer then he has to get some sophistication.

Frank Sinatra could be very funny but always in a mature way, Robbie's lacks that, he 's not
a kid anymore he's 39.

I see the dvd & blu ray is released on Monday, I would like to see the whole show so may buy it one day.

Good also to see his dad Pete Conway onstage with him, I've met him twice at events to do with Jackie and I see he got married recently. Congratulations.

I think it's just his personality Karl ....that's Robbie and i think he's a take me or leave me kind of guy. I loved mr Bo Jangles ..he says its fave song ever and it shows when he sings it inmho....i don't like all his songs but i just love his showmanship....and the songs that are great are so worth the wait for me :D I think Sinatra, Matt and the like are in a class of there own for sure but i do like Robbie's enthusiasm ...he's calmed down loads since his heady Take That days. It's the twenty first century i suppose and tastes and styles just change ....

I have not got round to seeing it yet, but hope to soon.

Pete Conway-Robbies dad was at the latest booklaunch at EMI studios, and I got a lot of photos of him with Paul, as Paul was having a long chat with Pete-Paul really likes Robbie Williams music. ~They are all on this site somewhere. Pete invited Paul to the launch of Robbies fashion range in London the next day--but Paul had to fly home.

Unfortunately I lost loads of my photos when I changed computers--all my ones from the book Launch--the last JM concerts hotos I took--and stacks of other photos-I am so annoyed as I bought a ...thing---what is it called ??---to store everything on, when I got rid of my old computer, and although when I plug it in, i can see all the filenames etc--so I know they are there, i just cannot get to open them

Always best to keep multiple copies of photos and files. Computer, spare hard drive, blank DVD and cloud storage - should keep you covered. You probably need a different program to open up the files on your hard drive.

You certainly have a good memory, Marian. I had forgotten about the invitation to the launch of his clothes line! I remember telling him that Robbie's Feel is my favourite song of all time. And that Something Beautiful is not far behind. Pete Conway loved Feel too.

Sorry that you lost your photos, and hope you can pull them up. I need to move my photos from my blackberry to dropbox or something like that.

Mike--what sort of different programme--is there something I can download--I thougt saving everything on a spare hard drive would be sufficient. I was on Windows XP, now on Windows 8-is that causing a problem--any computer experts out there ????
