Thanks for the link--I really liked what I heard---so went to Amazon- ordered cd for £8.99--received today [3 days]---lovely cd--Peter mentions Matt in his notes as one of the singers who inspired him--I also caught him on Breakfast tv today singing "Joanna" ---a brilliant voice, especially for such a young person--I really hope he does well, we need more of this kind of music.!!

We agree with you Marian and Mark, what a future Peter Grant has. A really great voice, super pianio playing, just a natural talent. :)
He's getting plenty of air play and he deserves it. Michael Parkinson played three in a row last Sunday.
"Joanna," "The Best Is Yet To Come" , and "Didn't We."
As for pianists playing with their elbows, we know exactly what you mean Mark.
Now Joe Bushkin, Carmen Cavallero, Liberace, Oscar Peterson, Charlie Kunz, :P in our opinion, todays so called pianists couldnt fit into any of their shoes
Well they don't fit in to our music library, let's put it like that. :)

Sorry if I misled,H&L,-I didn't mean to imply Peter was playing the piano-but if he was, superb.
The elbow player's initials are JC!
Add to your list of pianists,Ralph Sharon-but then,I'm biased.
Regards,
Mark

Hi Edgar--I am sure that you will enjoy the cd--lots of great music--I guess my favourite one is "More". I was puzzling over the "elbow playing pianist," with initials JC, but I think I have it now. I must agree on that.

Mariana. the cd is really good but I think you may have your cd's confused. "More" is not on the Peter Grant CD!

Hi Edgar---you have caught me out again!!---I really meant " The more I see you" I get those 2 muddled up as well, as I really like them both.
Thanks for correcting me again--could be old age creeping up on me at last!! Marian

Very deserved too. This guy, given the right exposure, is going to go a long way. Apparently, he's on "Loose Women" on ITV 1 at 13:30 on 27th April being interviewed and singing too!!

I think at the moemtn they're doing everything right to promote him, etc to acieve this aim. Hope it works out for him as I'd like to hear more from him. Some good songs, very well sung. Great cd!
