This is an article that we have had for some time now, and June is also mentioned in our England British Dance Bands Book, and again on an article on The Stargazers. They changed personnel many times and I think it was Marie Benson who June took over from as the female lead singer.
Of course June made appearances on almost every variety show on tv.
A great unforgettable singer when variety was at it's best.
