Marian you *might* need some probiotics to ease your symptoms ...some good bacteria ...this can really help ....Holland and Barrett sell them ...you haven't got much time so you cant order them fro Simply Supplements which do a great deal.....i take them everywhere with me and on holiday ...they say it can cut down the days you are ill ..if its is the same illness of course....a course for six months can really get the good bacteria back in to your system and settle you ...just a suggestion I'm not a medical expert ...but some upsets can hang around for a while ....everything crossed for you Marian!

Thanks for the advice Maxine-i will try that out when i get back. I do not normally get stressed, but tis year has been one problem afer another---some quite trivial i guess-but there have been so many !
