today I had a black cherry and strawberry smoothie made with greek yogurt. LOL.. protein and vitamin boost powders mixed in. I got tired of eating fresh fruit for lunch and so now I just drink a small smoothie and eat a sensible dinner... I have granola bars or fresh unsalted almonds for a snack.
