I cannot believe it-I have been feeling off colour for a few days--woke up today, with a sore throat, cough, and lost my voice--AGAIN !! And I have been taking a zinc tablet every day !!!!

Sorry to hear this ... You system must be very low and sometimes it can take a while to get a stronger immunity ..

Chick a few oranges in and bananas .. Lol x hope you feel better soon ..

Thanks Maxine--yes I have been under a lot of stress lately, I know that is not helping. I do have a banana and orange every day,perhaps I need to up them . My zinc tablets say 1 a day--can I up them to 2 a day for a while.

I would say check with doc Marian but I take 15 mg dose with a fizzy tablet formation which also has vit c in it ....I find it has helped me loads but please check first of course :0) ...good luck ...( I've got a distinction diploma in nutrition but would always advise check first ....I have 30 mg altogether with my menopause formulation ....sorry to those of a nervous disposition to mention the M word lol :lol: ....just want to help if I can ....I have certificate ..with Stonebridge college ...but I do not know it all of course just extremely interested in all things nutrition ...espeacially dark choccy :lol: :wink:

Just to let everyone know that Jim and I are no longer together. Very painful time for me right now. I will try and catch up with stuff when I can. Still feeling numb .
