Hi Lena and Harry. Thank you.
Many Happy Returns of the day to Harry, I'm sure you both had a lovely time.
Also thinking of Alan Johnston the missing journalist on his birthday. There was quite a lot about him on the news programmes today.
Hopefully he will be released soon safe and well.

Hi Mike and Marc---you may be pleased to know that I sent a copy of your cake to Jeff, as he wanted to know what it looked like--he loved it--passed it on to several other friends in USA who also loved it.

You will need to post a pic on the forum when you get back, so that everyone can see it.

Thank you very much for the Birthday messages. I really appreciate your good wishes.
Reaching 54 wasn't as bad as I thought it would be, until I saw ?4 on my cake
It was a great Birthday though. The trouble is, you get one every year.

Now you can go to the pub, John. You have 21(the legal drinking age in most of the US)00 postings.

Always great to read your insight into your favourite singers and music and, I almost forgot, the tough Matt Monro lyrics quizzes.
