I just looked at this thread today, and Many Thanks for all the well wishes......
For my birthday I thought my wife & I were joining my youngest son & his family for dinner at a local restaurant...
But as soon as we sat down at the table, I was surprised when all my children & grandchildren (All 21 of them!)
as even my oldest son who lives in New York flew in for the weekend to celebrate with me.....
Quite a celebration and a Happy Gathering as I begin a New Decade with all my loved ones!!

Were the family hiding out in another part of the restaurant Henry? I bet the servers brought you a cake with sparklers and candles etc and the whoel place sang Happy Birthday? They did that to me in Boston years ago and I just wanted to crawl under the table!!!! :shock:

That day I wondered why one of my friends dashed into the restaurant as soon as the car stopped, I thought I had escaped but at the end of the meal I saw this light out of the corner of my eye and there she was, our waitress bringing this cake with candles etc down to our table!!!!! H ehad been the instigator at setting this up hence the hasty exit from the car..
