I have tried almond milk but did not like it much. And where does the peanut butter come in your recipe Maxine ? i love peanut butter---too much, so I never buy it. But once a fortnight, Sue from my Hobbies group makes me a peanut butter sandwich for lunch---and my next lunch is due tomorrow ....
As for Smoothies, I tend to prefer fruit smoothies, although they are not as good for you as you would expect, as i think a lot of those you buy are full of sugar.
My friends has a juicing machine, and has lots of juices, quite different to a smoothie.,

Lolol i put baby spinach into my smoothie but I cant taste ....it is very good for you ...but paper toy more nutritious when lightly cooked lol.....i love smoothies ...like healthy milkshakes

...even a little bit of agave honey can help but banana and pear makes my smoothie sweet ...

Well done on the ten pound weight loss....unsweetened peanut butter in small doses is good for you as it feels you up more ....and has lots of nutrients ...and wheatgrass very nutritious ....
