awwww if owner doesn't turn up ....( shouldn't be handed over to them again anyway imho) Dolly Parton is adopting doggie who was abandoned at Glastonbury .....shelter has called her Dolly too

Well done Dolly. Looks like those heartless owners did their little dog a favour--just hope they do not crawl out and try to reclaim their dog !
