ADULTS HAVE BRAINS - OH REALLY?

The road opposite me has been closed for two weeks due to new pipes being laid.

There are cones all over one side of the road and two signs, one stating the road is closed and the other saying access to the health centre, there is also another Road Closed sign on each approach.

I am amazed there has not been an accident as you see people hesitating then driving down anyway only to be met with another Road Closed sign and huge lorries and vehicles all over the street, how they think they can get past them is beyond me?

They then have to turn and come up the wrong side as it's a dual carrigeway
talk about an accident waiting to happen!!!!
