Hi folks,

I read today that some sanitisers are being recalled as they could contain Methanol or Ethanol, mine has Ethanol
so as it can be potentially lethal when absorbed into the skin I am binning it.
P.S. Just been confirmed ETHANOL is the safe ingredient but METHANOL is not and it seems it is used in sanitisers in Mexico.

My cousin just called to confirm Ethanol is safe it's Methanol that's dodgy but how confusing the names
are so similar.

Thanks Karl for the info on sanitisers. We bought a new one yesterday and after reading your post checked to see what the contents were and are happy to report that it contained Ethanol so we will be ok.
