We always had an Eisteddfod at school on or near St David's Day if it fell on a weekend. One year I had to do a Scottish dance!!
Thank you for your wishes Lena and Harry, especially in Welsh! :D

We learned Scottish reels iand dances in school Marian using imitation swords.
They probably demand the real thing today. :)

We have just listened to Dewi, he played his usual nice music and as we had hoped,... David Hughes. I spoke to David's sister after, we knew that she would be listening and she was pleased. She's a lovely lady.

That's nice Lena and Harry. I'm sure she appreciated you ringing her today.
I bought a signed photo of David Hughes the other day, and another autograph by Ivor Novello.

Listened to Russell Davies earlier, and even though he doesn't sound very Welsh, he was actually born in Wales  :)
