Eleanor Parker R.I.P.

I have just read the sad news that the actress Eleanor Parker has died aged 91. I always remember her as The Baroness in The Sound Of Music, one of my favourite films. A lovely looking lady too.

I'm pleased you started this thread John, as I was thinking of starting one..............Eleanor Parker was beautiful. She is best remembered by the younger generation for playing the Baroness in the Sound of Music, but Eleanor was Oscar nominated three times in the 1950's.............RIP lovely, classy and beautiful Eleanor Parker :( :( :cry: :cry:

So sad. Just like everyone else I knew her from The Sound Of Music. Speaking of the Carrie Underwood version of the show was just horrible!!!
