BRIT AWARDS

Post by karl » Wed Feb 19, 2014 11:29 pm

I watched some of this tonight and knew about three of the acts, although some of them were rather good.

As I said earlier to Eamon in my youth I knew them all ,not personally but as performers.

The highlight was seeing my neigbours daughter and son in law in th audience, they had really good seats on the aisle and I spotted them more than once as the acts came down that aisle.

Lol I feel the same Karl but I think I'd know more British acts than American to be honest.

Apparently where the Brit Awards are concerned there has been a vast decline in this years number of watching viewers. The lowest audience since at least 1999.

Seems like anyone who wants to be a pop star just needs to appear on one of these talent shows and start screeching and get the public's vote. Later to get auto tuned in the studio. I can honstly say I liked some of the acts like Union J, Rizzle Kicks, The MacDonald Brothers and of course One Direction, but the rest..sheesh!!!
