Karl it is hilarious ...when the genie comes out of the bottle ...he just goes off on an hilarious play of words and voices and does a Scottish accent ....hard to explain unless you see it but I think you may have a chuckle  ...it's done affectionately not maliciously ....bless him ...

Yes, sad news, but I didn't realise he had depressive problems: it now appears his apparent suicide was caused by money worries over his divorces. Must be a moral in there somewhere. Just goes to show that wealth and fame aren't everything. I have to admit I never found Robin Williams very funny. I remember going to see Dead Poet's Society when it came out and was completely bored by it, though that was 25 years ago and maybe if I saw it now I'd view it differently. RIP, Robin.

We are all different Jon ....I have never found Billy Connolly funny at all ....but I know many do ...and he seems a nice fella....depression has no prejudice ....we all have a breaking point ...and sometimes it an hit people without seemingly having anything particular to get depressed about ....past struggles with drink and cocaine have maybe not helped him ....feel so sorry for families who have this happen to them .....

Elaine Paige just paid a nice tribute to Robin with a song from Aladdin, she then paid tribute to Lauren Bacall and said iit had been a sad week, she sounded genuinely sad herself. I wonder if her show is live or recorded a few days earlier?

Billy Connolly I can't stand his humour but he is good in films, years ago a friend got free tickets to see him and we walked out within minutes of him coming onstage.
