I did wonder if it was pre-recorded as he never mention David Jacbs at the start of the show.

We catch up with the Don Black Show on iPlayer and we have enjoyed all of the shows up to now. It's great that Matt has a special spot and apart from hearing Matt sing, we also like the anecdotes that Don tells.

I usually fall asleep before the end, so I am also glad that Matt is played near the beginning of the show !

Sometimes, when I listened to David Jacobs, I switched on to listen to the news first--but fell asleep before David came on, and missed the whole show--I have not yet done that with Don !

Don played one of Matts best ever ballads tonight On Days Like These from The Italian Job :D .................Don also mentioned that he and Matt plus their families attended the premiere of Born Free along with HM The Queen, only for the song not to be included in gala premiere ...........all were very disappointed .........................but we know the song was eventually added to the film in the end by recalling all copies that had already been distributed :D

Yes, another nice programme from Don Robert, and not to initially add Matt's "Born Free " at the Gala premiere was unbelievable. At least someone saw sense to add the song that simply goes hand in hand.
Don was on Alan Titchmarsh show in the week. introduced with his Bond film music and to the strains of Matt's " Born Free" :)
