Caught up with last nights "Britain's got talent"--I think the win was predictable--but young Andrew reminds me of Paul Potts--a great voice---but not a lot of charisma.

I loved the "Cheeky Monkeys"--they had charisma in abundance !

I've managed to catch up too now Marian. I totally agree with you, I think the Cheeky Monkeys are fantastic, although my daughter was in favour of Fava going through (not sure if I have their name correct.)
I also agree about Andrew. He has a nice voice, but is very nervous with no stage presence, and let's face it we've seen it all before.
I'm rooting for Kate and Gin so far though, or maybe that should be Gin and Kate. Hope Kate's confidence improves.

Wow, it is tough keeping up with a Live show every night.

I thought it was a very good show tonight--there were at least 4 that I think could have gone through.

I agreed with the winning choice--but not the second place.
[Just in case anyone has not seen it yet, I will not say who they are]

I have to agree with you on this one Marian, I was surprised that one of the acts didn't make it either, but I can't say too much in case I give it away. I will leave it until tomorrow night.

The Cheeky Monkey's happy dance routine was so good. What a contrast to Andrew who has quite a good voice but that's about all. No personality.
We missed tonight's show watching the football,

Yes L&H, the footie was a bit boring compared the Champions League final..................................and the Championship play-off final   the atmosphere was rather lacking tonight. Even John Motson mentioned this, when comparing it to the the Championship play-off. He said Wembley was rocking and rolling on Saturday   :D :D

I thought the best two got through to the finals tonight, I agreed with the judges, it was an easier choice tonight.

I really think that Faryl is going on to win.Not only a great voice--but she is mature, composed and confident, without being showoffy and precocious. Young Andrew could learn a lot from her regarding stage presence--I know he suffers with nerves--but if he wants to make a career for himself, he has got try and hide it more--and relax a little.

Andrew from last night was Ok--did not like the song much.

The previous evening---crumbs--I've already forgotten who won---but I was sorry that young Charley Green did not make it through---I thought the song he sang was Ok, although the judges hated it---I have just remembered--it was George , the dancer who won on Wednesday night--he was great. The dancers are doing well this season. But apart from Kate and Gin, I think so far , the acts are all dancers or singers.

I am out tonight, so may not see the show tonight--as my satellite box is not working AGAIN. This is the 3rd box I have had in 10 days that is faulty, and now they say they cannot get back to me for another week-so I am not amused!!!

There is just one thing that worries me about Faryl, she is just too mature.
I'm sure she is 12 going on 30! Her voice is great though I must admit.

Whoever did Mint Royale's version of Singin in the Rain really made an impact. This song is now at #16 on the iTunes download chart. Usually songs from these TV shows may get to the 50s or 60s but rarely top 40.

A good show tonight, it should be great tomorrow, I think it will be between 2 acts.

That was George Sampson who did Singing in the rain---it was amazing--whether he can top that is another story---I would actually like to see him win , instead of another singer--good though Faryl is-I am sure that she will come on in leaps and bounds-and Simon is really interested in her.
