RICHARD MADELEY MADE ON SUNDAY

Post by Sandra » Tue May 22, 2012 8:30 am

Did anyone catch the new 11.00a.m. Radio 2 programme on Sunday?

As a replacement for Michael Parkinson/Michael Ball and Terry Wogan(which I thought was a dreadful show) Richard surprised with a great variety of music including Sinatra,Ella,Dean Martin,
Tony Bennett and Johnny Mathis.
Very promising we thought :D

I didn't hear Richard Madely this Sunday Sandra but will give it a try now.
I agree with you. ...all of the Three that you mentioned...their choice of music on the whole was disappointing.

I did not like Terry Wogan's Sunday show either-I think he has had his day.

Normally, I do not like Richard Madeley--although I did hear a little on Sunday-his voice drives me mad--not sure why !! I have heard him when he stood in for Chris Evans.

But I will give him a try on next Sunday.

I agree, Marian, there is something about Richard Madeley that I don't like, I never feel that he is genuine.
However, if he plays the 'right' type of music, I will tune in every week for sure!
Thanks for the heads up, Sandra. :)

Well we won't be at home to listen in this Sunday, but at least with the radio nobody will have to suffer once again Richard Madeley's self praising effort (mask and all) singing and murdering the song from Phantom Of The Opera on TV.
Judi's face has been a picture watching her egomanic husband's effort at doing this act, but nothing like the embarassment it has shown when he proudly mentions an award ceremony when one of Judi's breasts fell out of her dress. :)

I can't believe that Judy was oblivious that everything was on show, but she seemed really surprised! :D

OMG does she look haggard?

I never know what to make of Richard Madeley but I think he should drop the story about Judy falling out of her dress.

Perhaps it's a case of Judy also being married to a T.I.T.!!!!
