What are your thoughts on Bonnie Tyler represening Uk this year in Eurovision.

I think that I may not even bother to watch, for the first time ever.

I am not sure what I think, Marian, especially after last year. Good luck to her, she probably has much chance as anyone.

We haven't heard Bonny Tylers song that she's singing yet. It's called.. Believe In Me.
I suppose that's all we can do. :)

Thanks for the song Mike. I've heard worse songs but there has to be weirdos and flashing lights in the background to get anywhere in this contest, _ oh and I nearly forgot, there's the crooked voting. :)

The song is an OK ballad :) .................but it is toooo slow for Eurovision   ......................Bonnie will be singing It's a Heartache to herself after Eurovision is over
"My Tears Will Fall Now That You're Gone,
I Can't Help But Cry, But I Must Go On" :(

It is a pleasant song but nothing special.
I would like to hear Bonnie Tyler sing it 'live' though without all the musicians and singers masking her voice.
Last time I saw her on TV I was sad to think that in my opinion she couldn't sing anymore :( :(

I bought Bonnie's latest cd of the time some years ago and it was really good, haven't heard of her since but my late friend Jim saw her live and said she was great.

Eurovision has been a joke for years and should be scrapped.

Just watched the clip---and I actually liked the song--I think that she actually wrote or co-wrote the song.

I liked the song-but it sounded better on radio than live.

I should not think that anyone here is surprised !

I just watched in on youtube and thought Bonnie was rather good but can't compare it to the rest as I was away. I had hoped she would do better in the voting.

What makes me mad if it is politics and againt the UK, they all come here when they want handouts!

My dad came from Norway but they hardly ever seem to vote for us now preferring to keep in their Scandinavian clique with each other!!!!

She did her best Karl, in fact I think she was brave to even think of doing it, there are younger singers around and it's the younger generation who take over this contest, with back up support going into contortions, coloured and lazer lighting etc, and although I quite liked Bonnie's song the set up was pretty drab in comparison.
Having said this, Denmark's song seemed nothing out of the ordinary to me. I preferred Azerbaijan's song.
