I find it really sad that noone has commented on the death of Jeremy Beadle on this forum---I know he could be infuriating at times---he was in fact, a very clever man-and it was a very sad and unexpected way for him to go. I had not realised how much work he did for charity, raising over a Million Pounds--I think we should remember him for that wonderful achievement.

Yes Marian, it came as a great shock to hear the sad news about Jeremy. I used to love "Beadles About" and "You've been framed". I also didn't realise the amount of work he did for charity. He will be greatly missed.

I agree, a very sad end for a very entertaining and generous man. I'm sure he will be sadly missed in all spheres of his life.

Yes very sad news about Jeremy Beadle.
In spite of his jokes and pranks programmes, we wonder if people other than those near to him realised what a very clever and intelligent man he was, and the huge sums of money that he donated and raised for charities were done very quietly too.. He will be missed

R.I.P. Jeremy. I too liked Beadle's About. A sadly early death.
