SUSAN BOYLE IN CONCERT

I saw Susan in concert last night and was delighted to see her special guest was Lance Ellington, we know Lance from Strictly Come Dancing and the recent James Bond concert
Lance came on first and did two songs then gave Susan a huge build-up, I have to say I was amazed at how good she was and she has an incredible range.
Susan worked her way through a wide variety of songs including Abba's The Winner Takes It All, You Raise Me Up with a 30 piece choir and duets with Lance including River Deep, Mountain High. When her band struck up the intro I almost feel off my seat with shock as I never dreamed Susan would tackle that. Lance is a great mover and he got the audience clapping along.
When Susan first came on stage the audience went wild and the applause grew with each song until the finale with a standing ovation which she really deserved.
The whole show did Susan proud with a fine production and wonderful sound. Susan also displayed a nice line in humour.
I hope the show has been recorded for dvd, I would certainly go and see her again. I know I grumbled at the ticket price but it was worth every penny.
Well done Susan you were great! Oh and there was also four costume changes!
