ECHOES OF MATT - GARY GRACE CD

This is playing as I write and like Gary's other cd's I am so impressed.
If someone had put this on my player instead of me I would have said it was Matt, on some tracks (not all) he is so like Matt - however Gary is not a carbon copy as he puts his own feeling and interpretation into the songs but My God this guy can sing!
Has anyone seen Gary perform or has his cd's? They really are amazing.

We have the double CD Kings Of Swing Vol 1 and 2 Karl.Plus we bought his single for Children In Need Appeal 2011-- Born Free.
He is a versatile singer and we try to see him when he is local to us.The next time will be in March at a small local theatre near us.
We have seen him twice.Once with a big band,and the other with just a trio with included Nicola Farnon.
Will buy his 'Matt' CD and get him to sign it in March hopefully.

I would like to see Gary on stage, hopefully I will some day! I did ask him to sign the latest cd but he must have forgotten.

Karl- don't miss Gary Graces interview on BBC Radio Lincolnshires Howard Leeder programme yesterday afternoon.The programme is on between 3 and 6 and Gary is interviewed after about 1 hour 48 mins.
Respect to Gary as to how he handled this important project 'Echoes Of Matt Monro'

Sandra I heard a few minutes online as I was getting ready to go out.
I never realised Gary has only been professional for 15 years, I wonder what he did before?

Am I mistaken, or wasn't Gary at Matt's fan club meet up at Ronnie Scotts. perhaps someone else who was there will remember ?

Yes, I remember him being there Lena and Harry. He is probably on the photos of the evening in
"The Scrapbook".

I don't remember him being there either.It was hard to pick out who WAS there .I was probably too awestruck by all the proceedings
