Has anyione been wathing btrhisa-not sure how long it has been on, I just caught it by accident just recently.
A little bit like "the chase" but nowhere near as good. As far as I can see, the only Egghead on there is CJ DE MOOI.
And although he is introduced as one of the most formidable Eggheads---well, to be honest , I am better than he is.
Lastr week, there was a question, what musical; does the film " getting to know you " come from. the contestant said "Dirty Dancing " !!!!!. then CJ was asked and said --oh , I think it is " Oklahoma ". Of course it was the King and I, as we know.
And he has such an attitude on him--which I wouid not mind if he were any good. !! I am not even sure if any of the other eggheads could rescue this show. I definately prefer "the Chase" .

I haven't seen this Marian, but I agree with your comments about C.J. I haven't watched Eggheads for ages, like you I much prefer The Chase.

We have only watched Revenge of the Eggheads for the past Two days Marian, but what a condescending big head CJ is on this programme and his face is enough to turn the milk sour. He was never quite as cocky on the Eggheads because his team companions were much more brainier than he was.
We always watch The Chase, at least Bradley makes us laugh, and Ann and Paul are my favourite chasers.

We are 'Chase' fans too with the lovely Bradley.
As for CJ whoever, I read that he is coming back to the regular Eggheads this year when Daphne retires.
Obviously his 'acting' work has dried up.He left to go in panto.Say no more

I love The Chase from what I watch on You Tube plus I'm a massive Bradley Walsh fan he makes me laugh. I've seen Eggheads a couple of times when I visited Spain and wasn't too keen on it

Well did anyone see last night's episode of The Chase. One of the questions was... What colour is The C.ock that is placed on the Fourth Plinth in Trafalgar Square.

Bradley's face was a picture, and so was Anne's
As far as Revenge Of Eggheads, I have been reading peoples comments on a blog, and they have said that CJ's attitude is all a farce and done on purpose to get people wound up and hopefully see him get beaten. There is a clip on Youtube with CJ talking before the Revenge series had started and explaining his reason for leaving Eggheads and then being invited back again. He said people will really want to slap his face... Well,-- form an orderly queue.

BIRDBRAINS
L&H, although the question was slightly blue
and the sculpture was definitely of that hue,
I thought right answers would form a queue,
yet no-one, not even the chaser, knew.

The female replacement when Daphne retires I understand is Lisa ThieL, never actually heard of her and know little about her except from what I've seen, she is a singer and musician.

No i never heard of her. It seems they did not do a competition this time to find a rewplacement, like when they found Barry and Pat.
