I am over the moon ...Bette Midler coming to the UK next year for a tour after 35 years ....I really hope I can get a ticket or two ..;0))) .....I was just saying to hubby the other night ...I would love to see her ....

I recorded the documentary last week and watched it yesterday, I like Bette better now than the early days. I never said but a flight attendant on my flight to Washington en route to Sth Carolina was a Bette look-alike!

Just saw the last couple of minutes of her Sandra. I believe she is on The Royal Variety Show this year, and also Shirley Bassey, so should be worth watching this year.

OOO Maxine, check out her "It's The Girls" cd.. Good stuff and I'm sure she'll be doing a lot of songs from it on this tour. Do give us a full review!!!
