TOM JONES - THE MUSICAL

Edinburgh is the first date on this tour so if it comes to your theatre then go, I thought it was fantastic, reviews say it's slow to start, it is but then so was Tom's career and he was on the threshold of giving up when It's Not Unusual hit number one.
From the start I knew it was going to be good, the singers have great voices and Kit Orton (Tom) has a brilliant voice not unlike Tom. The only downside I felt were his movements and I felt the same way with the Dusty musical. It must be very hard to copy a singers movements as they came naturally to them, with Kit - yes he can do them but they don't seem natural the way they are with Tom. That was my only grouse, the rest was all excellent.
