I just heard from a friend that the fine actor Anthony Valentine passed way on December 2nd last year, he was 76 and had been battling Parkinson's disease.
I saw Anthony onstage at the Edinburgh King's theatre years ago before he found fame.
Anthony was an outstanding actor who could play the nice guy and also a ruthless, devious crook.
Rest in peace.

Yes, I remember he had passed away Karl, I thought it was a little longer than that. The last thing I saw him on was Coronation Street, probably about 5 years ago. Good actor.
