Very sad to see that Ronnie Corbett has passed away aged 85. Unforgettable alongside Ronnie Barker in The Two Ronnies, Saturday nights have never been the same since they finished. They were just incredible. I also loved the series "Sorry" where he played Timothy Lumsden who lives with his Mother and Father. Always a joy to watch him on anything on TV and he will be greatly missed.
R.I.P. Ronnie.

Such a shock to hear that yet another of our country's best loved entertainers has died.
Ronnie Corbett was part of an era when TV was at it's best. Every evening in those days there would be something to look forward to. Either quizz programmes hosted by popular celebrities or unforgettable dramas or comedy series, and then at weekends we would get top variety programmes, and among them we had the wonderful comedians "Morecambe and Wise " and then we had The Two Ronnies" who in our opinion were every bit as good. They were simply the funniest, cleverest duo. Those sketches and song and dance routines were hilarious. They made us laugh.
We know it's to each his own, but If only we could say the same of todays comedians. Unfortunately apart from some excellent documentry's we believe that much of today's TV has sunk to the gutter.
Rest in Peace Ronnie Corbett. You will be missed.
