Very sorry to just read that actor Robert Hardy has died aged 91. Remember him very fondly from All Creatures Great And Small, always put in a great performance.

Rest in peace Robert, didn't he also do a great ad for Drambuie many years ago?

I think he did Karl, he also played Winston Churchill several times too and he was excellent.

Sad to hear this news of Robert Hardy. He was a great actor and although we didn't watch "All Creatures Great And Small" we were at the 60th Anniversary WW2 here in London when he portrayed Sir Winstone Churchill and read out his famous speeches.
