The American actress Farrah Fawcett has sadly died at the age of 62. I remember her particularly from Charlie's Angels. I was only reading in the newspaper yesterday how she had agreed to marry her long time partner Ryan O Neil, but it wasn't to be. Very sad news.

Yes john, sad news indeed as a young(ish) viewer to Charlies Angels in the 70's, I remember Farrah Fawcett quite vividly...............if you know what I mean john ...................................................

Very sad news. She was married to Lee Majors for some time wasn't she, the 6 million dollar man, and was then known as Farah Fawcett Majors.

I was very sad to hear this news this evening--she had been battling cancer for a long time--when I heard that she and Ryan O'Neil planned to marry, I gueessed that the end was near for Farrah.

Sad to hear this news. She was once given the all clear, but the dreaded cancer returned quite soon after.

I too remember the "big hair" of the 70s, as well as other Charlie's Angels. Another sad loss.
