I have now had three different Ipods, all of which have had to be sent back, all of which have lost their music.

Has this happened to you?
Did you know that Apple only send you a refurbished item back even if under warranty?
Did you know it takes an hour to find the right area of the website in order to file a faulty product?
Do you know there is no telephone number listed for free technical help, only if you pay for the service, even if your Ipod is only 3 weeks old?
Does you Ipod work?

Hi. I used to have an Ipod Mini, now I have a 20 gb one. should hold between 5000, and 10000 tracks.
I did lose all my music, but this was because my computer went wrong and I had to have it reformatted, and lost everything. I had backed up, but out of over 2000 tracks only 300 were saved. But this was not the fault of the Ipod. In fact the tracks are still on my Ipod, but I cannot update them yet, because as soon as I connect to my computer I will lose nearly everything, as it is taking me ages to build up again.

My Ipod is one of my favourite things, and I listen to it every day--I have an Ipod speaker system, so I do not have to wear headphones. It is just so versatile-when you connect to Itunes , you can arrange your music in so many different ways. When I look back at how excited I was with my first Walkman-- and I was in 7th heaven when I got a personal cd player--and was able to search, repeat and shuffle so easily and quickly.But my Ipod is a million times better.

I have had no problems with my Ipod that I was not able to sort out myself. I love it. If it went wrong, I would get another one. I actually bought mine on ebay--from a dealer, but at a reduced price.
