Sir George Martin - awarded Honorary Membership

We watched the TV " UK Music Hall Of Fame" 2006 ceremony last night. Those inducted included, Bon Jovi, Brian Wilson, James Brown. Dusty Springfield, Led Zeppelin, and Rod Stewart.
Some great music reminders particularly from Brian Wilson and Patti Labelle.
Sir George Martin received the award of Honorary Member for his work, not only as Beatles producer but for his contribution to the music industry
He received this thoroughly deserved award from Gordon Brown.

Yes, and some of the audience were booing GB, well surprise surprise :roll:
